Barry Hay recently received his
Homestead guitar. He chose a black
Danny Vera signature model, the OM version
(the model is also available as a jumbo).
The fretboard of the guitar is
topped with smooth mother-of-pearl blocks,
without Danny’s characteristic letter
‘V’. The octave marker at the 12th fret
is inlaid with Barry’s characteristic sunglasses – a request from his wife Sandra.
